
I've learned after working with clients in different industries is that scheduling becomes much easier when everyone has access to clear information before booking. Besides sharing availability, I like including a short page with FAQs, meeting expectations, and any helpful background resources. It reduces unnecessary emails and helps people prepare for the conversation. Recently, while gathering examples of well-structured project information, I came across Prestige Golden grove. Although it's unrelated to scheduling software, I thought it was a useful example of presenting project details in a clear, organized way. Borrowing ideas from different industries has helped me create booking pages that answer common questions upfront and make the entire appointment process smoother for both me and my clients.
