This is the premilinary introduction meeting to determine viability for my consulting services and to determine if the 90 min brainstorm session is right for you! I hate paying full price without knowing what I am getting, so why should you?
In this intro. I will ask the following questions and I want you to:
Tell me about your business in the first 10 minutes with these questions. Then tell me your goals and what you are looking to do (Increase revenue, decrease total service time per client, increase repeat clients, lower churn, etc. etc.)
Who is your current ideal customer? What is their gross in a year? What is their average margin in product/service offering?
How may packages are you currently selling? What is your average price per package? What is your revenue goal?
Do you charge based on KPI’s? Do you have built in Bonuses / Profit share if you perform better than expected?
Do you have timelines/deadlines for expected results? Or a time frame to determine your viability for your client?
Does your current customer have it's own sales teams? (Specifically built around closing)
Does your offer include any kind of upsells? Do you have a Do It Yourself, Done With You, and a Done for you Option?
When you make your offer, what level "Qualified Decision Maker" is the one that is okaying the expense/purchase of your services? (CEO, CFO, Marketing Department, Sales Department)
Once you have these answered, we can then decide whether or not my services can be of use to you.
