A member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and International Christian Coaching Association, Don is recognized by the International Board of Christian Care and Board of Christian Life Coaching.
Don is also the founder of SoulSteps and SoulCare Research, developers of the HEARhelp and PRAY counseling tools used by Christian counselors worldwide.
After decades as a counseling pastor, Don transitioned to a counseling & coaching practice. He has been a Christian for 48+ years, married for 46+ years, a father of four, a grandfather, and a superfan of Elly, the family feline :-)
