As a spiritual director, my role is to host a space for you and listen with you to whatever you bring. Spiritual direction is not teaching or counseling but listening with an ear toward life experience and the activity of God. It is a resource for people who are looking for spiritual support beyond the church in pursuit of growth, healing, and connection. My goal as a spiritual director is to help you reflect deeply on your life, become more aware of God’s presence in the midst of it, and live from that place.
