May 8- Public Ceremony (Retreat Day)
This event will begin at 9:30 in the morning and go about five hours. It includes a plante medicine Ceremony W/ meditation sound bath breath, Work, gentle yoga integration, and sauna and cold plunge. This booking is for anyone looking to explore a Kambo ceremony. Please make sure you have had a conversation with Emilie in advance before booking this session if you have never been served Kambo.

2. **The Ceremony**:
- The ceremony itself lasts approximately five hours, from start to finish.

- Throughout the entire session, I will hold space for you, providing a secure and nurturing presence. This allows you to explore your inner landscape deeply without any worries or distractions.
- Various supportive practices may be incorporated, such as guided meditations, music, or specific rituals, to enhance your journey and facilitate deeper insights and healing.
3. **Post-Ceremony Integration Session**:
- Following the ceremony, we will have a dedicated integration session to help you process and assimilate your experiences.
- This session is crucial for understanding and applying the insights and downloads you received during the ceremony.

Single Session- Previous Client
This session is for clients that are continuing to work with me after finishing their first paid microdosing session or a larger ceremony. If you can’t make weekdays work, please reach out personally for other availability.
60 minute microdosing session
This 60-minute session is one session designed to support you throughout your six-week microdosing journey. This session is meticulously crafted to provide you with the essential knowledge, tools, protocols, and compounds needed for a successful and safe microdosing experience.
Throughout these six weeks, you will receive in-depth guidance on the following:
1. **Knowledge**: Detailed information about microdosing, its benefits, potential risks, and best practices to ensure you are well-informed and prepared.

Moreover, this program offers continuous support outside of the scheduled coaching session. This 2 day event will include one day of going inward and experiencing a ceremony while half the group holds space for you to heal yourself to become a powerful facilitator and the other day you holding a ceremonial space for other participants. You will learn about compounds, doses, protocols, how the plants initiate you to serve them, how to nurture your spiritual gifts, how to fully step into your power, what it means to be a leader, safe practices and how to hold a deep healing space for others.
