Voice Lessons with Emily Geller Hardman

Welcome! Choose the lesson or consultation that best fits your needs and select a convenient time from the available dates below. You'll find a detailed description of each service within its individual booking link.

2026–2027 Semesters

Fall: September 2 – December 23

Winter: January 2 – March 31

Spring: April 1 – June 30

All lessons are scheduled through TidyCal. There is no separate booking type for the Semester 10-Lesson Package.

Simply select Private Voice Lesson – In Person or Private Voice Lesson – Virtual and choose your desired lesson dates and times. Your 10 lessons may be any combination of in-person and virtual lessons, and they do not need to be scheduled on the same day or time each week.

I recommend booking all 10 lessons at the beginning of the semester for the best selection of dates and times. You can choose a consistent weekly time or mix and match based on your schedule.

Once you have booked your 10 lessons, they will be counted as your Semester 10-Lesson Package and billed at the preferred package rate

As many of you know, I continue to perform professionally throughout the year. I teach in person in Briarcliff unless I’m away performing, in which case lessons switch to virtual. All availability is already reflected on TidyCal, but here are the dates for planning purposes:

SEPT. 23 – OCT. 18

Rusalka — Ježibaba | Salt Marsh Opera, Connecticut

I’ll be traveling back and forth and offering in-person lessons in Briarcliff on some days off, in addition to virtual availability.

OCT. 27 – NOV. 8

The Old Maid and the Thief — Miss Todd | Amelia Island Opera, Florida

Virtual availability to come once I receive my rehearsal schedule.

NOV. 21 – 28

Thanksgiving Break — No lessons.

You don’t need to keep track of these dates when booking. If a time is available on TidyCal, you can book it.

Payment

Payment may be made by cash, check, Venmo @EmilyHardman, or Zelle at [email protected]. Flexible payment arrangements for Semester Packages are available as needed.

PAYMENT & STUDIO POLICY

Payment Policy:

Individual lessons must be paid before the start of the scheduled lesson time. Lesson packages and group lessons are due in full before the first lesson, unless otherwise discussed.

Payment may be made by cash (preferred), check, Zelle ([email protected]), or Venmo (@EmilyHardman).

Missed Payments:

In order to give students my full attention and energy, my focus needs to remain on teaching rather than tracking down payments. Repeated missed payments may result in dismissal from the studio.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

All scheduling communication, including cancellations, must be done via email. Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

If you cannot attend your scheduled lesson, you may choose one of the following options:

Send a friend or sibling to use your lesson time

Request a recorded lesson

Submit a recent practice video for written feedback

If you know in advance that you cannot attend, please provide as much notice as possible so the time may be offered to another student. When I reserve a lesson time for you, it means another student cannot take that slot. I intentionally keep my studio small so I can focus my attention on each individual student.
