6-week virtual group coaching programme for people who are adjusting to potential (or late diagnosed) ADHD and/or Autism (ASD), starting on Friday 3rd January.
“From Insecure To Self Assured” supports you in taking the knowledge that you are neurodivergent and running with it. It will help you accept that who you are and how your brain works is ok. It will teach you how to make the most of your neurodivergence, and use it to propel you forward to where you want to be in life.
During the programme we work through a few different areas, including:
- accepting that it’s ok to be neurodivergent and that you’re not broken
- learning to stop beating yourself up for everything you’re “failing” to do
- the impact of rejection sensitivity (RSD) and how to work around it
- regulating the need for control (or the feeling of a lack of control)
- figuring out how to get the future you want and not let the idea of neurodivergence hold you back
- how to measure your successes and acknowledge what you’ve achieved, rather than forgetting or dismissing them
