Sessions are booked in advance through this calendar.

If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your session.

Changes within 48 hours may not always be possible.

Missed sessions or late cancellations are non-refundable.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. At the same time, we ask that you take responsibility for your booking and make every effort to honour the agreed time.
