Somatic Therapy is therapeutic and processing-based. We work with the patterns, emotional reactions and responses that are showing up in your everyday life, exploring them through the body and nervous system. It is usually undertaken as a series of therapy sessions.

Soul Alignment works differently. You lie on the table, fully clothed and receive the energetic work, allowing us to work with deeper layers of your consciousness and energetic field, including subconscious, ancestral and collective patterns. Connection with your soul frequency and higher self. Quantum and energtic healing. Decoding session. This a non-touch session. It does not include massage or body work.


In person appointments
In-person appointments are now in Rosedale, Northshore. If you are an existing client and Hobsonville suits you better, please email me to book.

Online Sessions
For online session you must have access to stable reliable high speed internet and a device that can be set up so you do not have to hold it. Laptops or tablets are preferred. Must be in a quiet, private location.

Payment
Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer for cash (or cash at appointment.), invoice will be sent after the appointment. Costs are $160 fo 60 minute appointments, and $180 for 90 minute appointments.

Cancellation
Can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before other wise $50 cancellation fee applies. Please text me to reschedule.
