Initial in person appointment with Erica
Please book an initial appointment if we have not worked together before.
Initial appointments are 75min.
If you prefer a 90min appointment for your initial, feel free to book the regular 90min appointment (we can get a lot more done that way, and I do recommend it :)
Cost is $150+ tax ($172.50) for 75min initial appointment.

75min in person appointment with Erica
75 min appointments are effective if there is more than one area/issue that you would like addressed. And/or you want 2 techniques used, such as massage paired with cupping or craniosacral therapy.
Cost is $150 + tax ($172.50) for 75min.

90min in person appointment with Erica
90min appointments are ideal if you really want to sink into deep care for yourself. We can address a number of areas of concern and bring in multiple modalities with this amount of time.
Also suggested if it's been more than 2 months since your last bodywork session.
Cost is $175 + tax ($201.20) for 90min.

60min in person appointment with Erica
60min appointments are ideal for Craniosacral treatments, or you are looking to focus on one area only (ex. upper body). Also suggested when booking a series of sessions in close proximity as part of a pre-discussed treatment plan.
Cost is $125 + tax ($143.75) for 60min.

Quantum Healing Session - Virtual
Quantum sessions invite us to move beyond the density of the physical body and work directly with the realm of energy.
In these sessions, we can explore many spheres: connecting beyond the veil through mediumship, uncovering the metaphysical roots of physical or emotional challenges, attuning to ancestral lineages, receiving guidance from spiritual allies, or clearing residue from past lives. We may also work with tools such as cord cutting, energetic keys, or symbolic insights—always with the intention of resolving issues at their spiritual source.
These sessions can also serve as a space for coaching and support, especially as you begin to navigate your own sensitivity and gifts in a world that does not always recognize or honor this way of being.
All virtual energy healing sessions are 60min.
Cost is $122 + tax = $140.30

Earth, Heart & Spirit Sessions

These sessions are designed to bridge bodywork and medicine work in a profound and nurturing way. These four-hour ceremonies weave together hands-on healing, sound, and shamanic energy work while working with either:
Santa Maria (Cannabis): A sacred plant medicine supporting deep body awareness, relaxation, and emotional processing.
Los Ninos/The Children (Psilocybin): A microdose (0.1g - 0.8g) of mushrooms, opening the heart and deepening somatic connection.
This is ceremony.
