Initial bodywork appointment with Erica
Please book an initial appointment if we have not worked together before.
Initial appointments are 75min.
If you prefer a 90min appointment for your initial, feel free to book the regular 90min appointment (we can get a lot more done that way, and I do recommend it :)
Cost is $150 for 75min initial appointment.

75min bodywork appointment with Erica
75 min appointments are effective if there is more than one area/issue that you would like addressed. And/or you want 2 techniques used, such as massage paired with cupping or craniosacral therapy.
Cost is $150 for 75min.

90min bodywork appointment with Erica
90min appointments are ideal if you really want to sink into deep care for yourself. We can address a number of areas of concern and bring in multiple modalities with this amount of time.
Also suggested if it's been more than 2 months since your last bodywork session.
Cost is $175 for 90min.

60min bodywork appointment with Erica
60min appointments are ideal for Craniosacral treatments, or you are looking to focus on one area only (ex. upper body). Also suggested when booking a series of sessions in close proximity as part of a pre-discussed treatment plan.
Cost is $125 for 60min.

Virtual Energy Healing - $122
Energy healing sessions allow you to more deeply understand the metaphysical energies at play in your life. Often these sessions involve guide and/or ancestral connection, past life residue clearing/understanding, finding keys or tools, cord cutting etc. to help resolve physical, mental and emotional issues at their spiritual roots.
All virtual energy healing sessions are 60min.
Cost is $122 and payments are through etransfers to ericasainsbry.rmt@gmail.com or paypal.
