50 per cent Payment should be done once the invoice is issued.
A taster box will be provided for couples to select their preferred flavours.
The final payment should be 2 weeks before the wedding.
The cake will not be delivered if payment is not settled.
We charge an additional fee of K3000 should the client want us to set up the cake tables for them.
Guest pieces for favour boxes are 20 ZMK each. Cake pieces are pre-wrapped in cling form but we do not provide the cake boxes. The pieces should be collected a day before the wedding and put in their respective boxes.
On occasion, we will kindly ask for any pictures of the bride and groom cutting the cake/or with the cake. We reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to the client if permission is awarded.
Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this and hold us not accountable for allergic reactions.
If any of our stands go missing from the dessert table, the client is accountable for that. Hence for dessert tables, you have to pay a security fee of k2000. If everything comes back well, and there are no breakages too then we refund the k2000.
