60 min one on one coaching with horses (adult)
A 60 min private session with horses to work on deep personal challenges.
In this experiential coaching the horses, as co-teacher and guide, provide immediate insight into your relationship with yourself and others.
No previous horse experience needed, we stay on the ground and work on your emotions - anxiety, fears, stress, burn out, self confidence.
Session content will be customized to your needs.
The sessions take place inside the residential area of Desert Palm, behind International City / Dragon Mart in Dubai.
Please bring closed shoes and water bottle.
90 min Family & Friends session with horses
This is a 90 min coaching session with horses for friends and families ( 2 to 4 pax)
Quality time with you and the horses.
In order to connect to them, the horses request us to be present and to truly see each other without judgement. This creates a wonderful space for open, honest conversations.
In a nice, fun environment you can focus on achieving common goals and how to work together as a "herd" and discover more about yourself and each other.
No previous horse experience needed, we stay on the ground.
Session content will be customized to your needs, hence we will ask you some questions in the booking process.
