This free 15 minutes call (telephone or zoom) will allow you to discuss your health & fitness objectives and expectations. You can discover if the services offered by Fit Forever Training are the right option for you and we’ll agree the best course of action going forward with any realistic timings too. It’s your opportunity to ask and find out all about the real benefits of working with a qualified personal trainer who has helped several hundred clients make real change in their lives.
2024 sees us commence 3D Full Body Scans too, so you will have the opportunity to gain a level of detail simply not possible using your home scales.

Parking is available for anyone with a Fit Forever Training 3D Body Scan booking, but this is only for the duration of your scan.
Please make your way to the main reception, inform them you have a Fit Forever Training 3D Body Scan booking and you will be directed to the correct studio from there.
To prepare for the scan, please ensure you are wearing form fitting clothing for the best & most accurate scanning results. You will have the opportunity to discuss the results during a 10 min consultation on completion of the scan and a full report 💻 📉 emailed.

3D Full Body Scan (mobile <10 miles)
Welcome to Fit Forever 3D
We will complete a 3D Full Body Scan for you in your own home. Travelling up to a maximum of 10 miles from Fit Forever Training Office. To prepare for the scan please ensure you are wearing form fitting clothing for the most accurate scanning results.
We will require an area 6 feet long and 4 feet wide, free from furniture and ideally not near any reflective surfaces (mirrors or windows) and one electric power socket, plus WiFi access.

Welcome to Fit Forever 3D
We will complete a 3D Body Scan for each person within your group (4 persons).
For every additional 4 persons please make a further consecutive booking. If you have a specified number greater than 8 persons then please contact us for more details, before making the initial bookings to ensure you gain the best available pricing.
We will require an area 8 feet long and 5 feet wide, free from furniture and ideally not near any reflective surfaces (mirrors or windows), and one electric power socket available, plus WiFi access.
