Flying Skull Aerial and Movement Arts

Here's where you can book all of our classes in advance. Class registration opens up on a rolling 3 week basis and closes an hour before class time.

A few things to remember:

1. We accept online payments via PayPal. If you don't have an account, you can still use it to run a credit card.

2. This platform doesn't have a way for you to log in and check your bookings, so SAVE YOUR EMAILS! Every booking issues a confirmation. Didn't see one? Check your spam, or contact flyingskullaerial@gmail.com if you're not sure.

3. You have to agree to the waiver again every time you sign up for class.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, you can do so from your confirmation email. Sorry, no refunds if class is canceled *or rescheduled* less than 24 hours ahead of time. You'll need to purchase another credit.

Not sure which class you want to be in? Ask! flyingskullaerial@gmail.com.

Beginning Aerial Silks

Instructor: Christina

A low-flying aerial silks class that builds strength, flexibility, and confidence. If you've never done silks before or are still working on the basics, this is the class for you.

Mixed Level Aerial Silks

Instructor: Diane

Practice more advanced techniques, sometimes in the company of people with a lot more or a lot less experience. The class is tailored to fit the needs of all participants. Still getting the hang of the basics? We recommend taking Beginning Silks a few times first.

Aerial Yoga

Instructor: Dorothy

A refreshing and engaging take on a ground-based yoga class. A silk hammock helps you balance, stretch, and strengthen before providing a cozy, floating nook for savasana. Suitable for all levels of experience, from absolute beginner to seasoned pro.

Beginning Lyra

Instructor: Jen

Learn the basic forms and movements of the aerial hoop. This class is intended for beginners, but can be tailored to more experienced students as well.

Splits Flexibility

Instructor: Diane

Not all stretches are created equal! Learn the stretches and exercises needed to safely and effectively move toward front splits and middle splits. We alternate our focus between the two from week to week.

Hand Balancing/Back Bending

Instructor: Diane

This class alternates between hand balancing and back bend technique from week to week. Learn the exercises, stretches where applicable, and safety precautions for performing handstands, bridges, and related balancing and back bending postures. No prior experience required.

Noodle Arms Aerial Conditioning

Instructor: Diane

A ground-based exercise class for anyone who'd like to transform their noodle arms into powerful tools for going airborne (on purpose). Open to everyone, whether you're an aerialist or not.
