Hi, I’m Georgina.
My work sits at the intersection of healing, embodiment and creative expression. I’m passionate about supporting people who feel ready to grow, expand and reconnect with the most alive and authentic parts of themselves.
Through Root Cause Therapy and creative-based practices, I help people regulate their nervous system, understand themselves more deeply and reconnect with their natural creativity and expression. My intention is to support people in moving beyond survival mode and into a way of living that feels more resourced, abundant and playful.
Creative expression has always been central to my life. I grew up in Perth in a family of musicians and artists, studied music and performing arts, and worked professionally in theatre and circus before going on to teach and develop performing arts programs. Movement, voice and performance have long been ways for me to explore identity, confidence and self-expression.
Over time, my own healing journey led me into deeper therapeutic work. Through Root Cause Therapy I discovered powerful ways to understand emotional patterns, regulate the nervous system and reconnect with a strong internal sense of self. This work helped me build greater clarity, resilience and freedom in my own life.
Today I bring these worlds together, combining therapeutic insight with embodiment and creative exploration. Alongside one-on-one therapy sessions, I also offer movement and creative expression classes designed to help people move from feeling blocked into a sense of flow, reconnect with their bodies and express themselves more freely.
At the heart of everything I do is a simple intention: to support people in becoming more fully themselves, so they can create, lead and live from a place of vitality, authenticity and joy.
