This will result in deeper clarity about what is working well about your current well-being lifestyle. As well as clarifying where the gaps are. You will leave the assessment with an initial action plan and key strategies to put in place as you begin addressing any imbalances that were identified.
The assessment will be conducted while using the Five Ways to Wellbeing frameworks.
