Spiritual Guidance & Coaching Session
This 90-minute session is dedicated to addressing one specific topic, area, or challenge you wish to focus on. It’s designed to help you gain clarity on what is holding you back, offer actionable steps, and create movement in your life.
If you cannot find a suitable time slot, please contact me to arrange a more convenient session.
Terms & Conditions:
- A non-refundable deposit of €20 is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due before the session begins.
- If you are late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. I will wait for a maximum of 20 minutes. After that, it will be considered a no-show, and the deposit will not be refunded.
- Cancellation Policy: You may reschedule your session once, provided you give at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or changes with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the deposit being forfeited.
Somatic Alignment & De-Armouring session (In Person)
MALTA (EUROPE) IN PERSON SESSION : This hands-on session combines movement, somatic de-armouring, breathwork, and energy transmission. It is designed to release trauma and tension stored in the physical, energetic, and emotional body.

This 60-minute session focuses on aligning, unblocking, and balancing the 7 chakras and your energetic body. It is ideal for relaxation, stress reduction, releasing stuck emotions, and promoting behaviour modification through gained insights.
