60 minute session to identify patterns of behavior that are holding you back from living as your authentic self. Through verbal processing and visualization I will guide you in a safe space as you discover your infinite potential. I recommend 1 session each week to see significant movement in changing the limiting beliefs and behaviors you want to change. These sessions are taped and you will receive a copy of the recording to rewatch and take notes at your leisure.
