Our Philosophy:
Clinical bodywork specializing in the female athlete. Targeted treatment designed for injury prevention, recovery, and long-term athletic health.
Background:
Q: "Why do you only work with female athletes?"
A: "After a shoulder injury in late 2025, I made the decision to focus exclusively on female athletes to protect my long-term physical health and continue my career. Female athletes typically have less dense tissue, which allows me to deliver effective treatment with less strain on my shoulder. This focus ensures I can provide the highest level of care for years to come."
Q: "What makes you different from other therapists?"
A: "My experience on the University of Utah gymnastics massage team is where I honed the hands-on techniques I now use to help female athletes in all sports succeed. I don't use a one-size-fits-all approach; I use a methodology proven on elite young women."
After booking, please email me your sport, concerns, and goals.
Condition for Treatment:
Direct contact with tissue is required. The techniques used in this practice cannot be performed through clothing. A condition for treatment is that the client is fully undressed and professionally draped with a towel for the entire session. Only the area being treated is uncovered at any time. Working through clothing or shifting clothing during treatment is not part of this methodology.
If this format is not acceptable, I completely understand and encourage you to seek a practitioner whose methods better match your needs.
Table Size:
I use a smaller, shorter, thinner table—designed specifically for female athletes.
Health Policy:
Masks are required during sessions. One will be provided.
For Parents of Athletes Under 18:
*A parent or legal guardian must provide written consent.
*A parent or legal guardian must remain on the premises during the entire session (Utah state law).
*Parents are welcome to stay in the treatment room.
