I provide a range of services to help you release what is no longer needed, replenish your spark, and strengthen your relationship with yourself and others.
I aim to provide you comfort, clarity, confidence, and the practical tools to negotiate and shift life & love's bumps & roadblocks.
I work with you in your choice of individual services and tailor my holistic counselling approach to your individual needs and goals, using a combination of appropriate psycho-therapeutic and energy-healing methods.

I tailor use of Pranic, Reiki, Seichem and other healing techniques appropriate to your energy and needs. Healing is mostly done either by me placing my hands on or above your body close to major energy points in your body. It feels warm, relaxing, and easily clears old, stagnant, unneeded energy & issues from your body and auric field...cleaning, replenishing, and balancing your energy/chakra system...strengthening your connection & relationship to yourself. You don't need to do anything!
When this is complete, you will receive an energy reading 'report' from the clearing and messages from your Higher Self.
