2-Hour "Home Prep to Sell" Consult (Pre-Staging)

Book a meeting with me for two hours minimum while we go over your home's exterior and interior to share with you what needs to be fixed, repaired, and moved into storage or packed up, to prepare your home to sell. While we will need you to tour us around, you will be given a full report to follow.

Cost: $250 plus HST

2-Hour Staging Consult

You are selling your home, and want to boost your chances of selling for more and faster -- giving your home an edge over others. Did you know that 90% of people cannot visualize a space when touring a home? They need to be shown its potential -- why staging is an important step in the selling process.

Our Principal Stager, Kathleen, will tour through your home making notes on how to stage your home, and will provide a free estimate.

Let's get you organized! Book an organizing session with Kathleen for your home, office, garage, business or any other messy or underused space.

Home Staging (to Help Sell Your House!)

We've met, you know what Kathleen can do, and it's time for her to come stage your home before you invite potential buyers in. Book her for the day (8 hours) and she will contact you to make arrangements.
