Ian is a coach for professional, emerging and small business leaders.
Starting his career in technology systems, networks and infrastructure; Ian quickly realised there was a disconnect between senior and entry levels in many organisations. Compelled to uncover the reason for this disconnect; Ian completed both academic (MBA, MGSM) and business (GAICD) study developing a unique approach to growing and nurturing leaders who actively bridge the gap in all levels of an organisation.
Ian currently works with a select group of professionals and small business owners helping them become quality leaders - whether it’s authentic, empowering, inspiring, motivating and more, he helps them find the strengths in their knowledge, skills and experiences so they can reach “the next level” and levels after that.
