What the Justice Hub Offers (Services Overview)

1) Hustle Smarter Barber Studio & University

Purpose: Create income, credentials, and entrepreneurial pathways through the barbering profession.

Services

Barber Studio (Client Services): Classic cuts, modern styling, beard design, hot-towel shaves, scalp and beard treatments, line-ups, and special-event grooming.

University (Training & Certification):

Florida licensure prep and practical skills labs

Business of Barbering (pricing, POS, inventory, client retention)

Shop operations (sanitation, compliance, OSHA/DBPR readiness)

Portfolio building, mock state board, and test readiness

Career & Entrepreneurship Track: Apprenticeships, shop chair rentals, mobile/pop-up event grooming, salon suite management, and launch coaching.

Community Impact: Discounted “fresh start” cuts for interviews/court, school-readiness events, and mentorship circles with licensed pros.

Who it serves: Returning citizens, system-impacted youth, career-changers, and working pros seeking advanced skills.

2) Holistic Hustle — Men’s Lux Grooming Bar

Purpose: Pair high-level grooming with wellness, confidence, and professional readiness.

Services

Premium Grooming Bar: Lux beard sculpting, hot-lather shaves, steam facials, scalp therapy, brow cleanup, and color/grey blending.

Grooming Rituals: Custom routines and product education to maintain results at home.

Product Bar: Holistic Hustle retail—oils, balms, washes, tools, and curated kits (travel, interview, executive).

Packages & Memberships: Monthly maintenance plans, gift experiences, and partner/sponsor activations (e.g., interview-ready gift cards for program grads).

Who it serves: Professionals, executives, athletes/creatives, and clients who value elevated grooming with a mission.

3) Divine Hustle Media — Content Studio

Purpose: Tell powerful stories, build brands, and equip creators and small businesses with production tools.

Services

Production: Podcast and video recording, multi-camera shoots, livestreams, voiceover, teleprompter support, and green-screen capabilities.

Post-Production: Editing, sound design, motion graphics, captions, reels/shorts packages, show intros/outros.

Brand & Campaign Support: Content strategy, media kits, speaker reels, EPKs, and social content calendars.

Education & Access: Creator workshops, studio certifications, and paid production internships for justice-impacted talent.

Purpose: The program nerve-center powering Smart Justice pathways from “inside to enterprise.”

Reentry Navigation: Intake, case management, goal plans, court/compliance help, IDs, records requests, benefits enrollment, and transportation referrals.

Entrepreneurship & Workforce:

Hustle Smarter: Digital Reentry (100-hour course—entrepreneurship, digital skills, mindset)

Career coaching, job placement support, resume/LinkedIn labs, mock interviews

Vendor certifications, micro-enterprise training, and small-business launch support

Stability Supports: Financial coaching, credit-building strategies, housing navigation, and mental-wellness referrals.

Workspace: Hot desks, private offices/suites, meeting rooms, war-room planning space, and content-ready rooms for remote court/employer meetings.

Resource Center: Computer lab, printers, business templates, grant/funding alerts, and legal/benefits clinics with partner organizations.

Events & Training: Lunch-and-learns, employer fairs, record-sealing/expungement workshops, small-biz pop-ups, and pitch nights.
