Schedule Santa for your event within 25 miles of "12588 US-15, Aberdeen, NC 28315" for 1 hour.This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between NC Santa Claus (“Service Provider”) and the Client who scheduled the Santa Claus appearance services. By scheduling a booking with NC Santa Claus you hereby agree to the terms set forth in this agreement as defined below. This agreement can also be reviewed on the service agreement page of our website. Services ProvidedNC Santa Claus agrees to appear in full Santa attire and may:Greet attendees and pose for photos, Listen to children’s wish lists, Read or tell Christmas stories, Participate in event-appropriate activities as agreedServices are limited to wholesome, family-friendly interactions. Fees & PaymentThe Total Fee is due at scheduling.The Retainer is to secure your appointment and is Non-Refundable. The balance of your payment is fully refundable if event is cancelled at least 72 hours prior to event start time.Balance is Non-Refundable if event is canceled within the 72-hour window.Full payment, including retainer, will be refunded if event is canceled by the Service Provider.Total Fee: $150Retainer (Non-Refundable): $60Balance: $90 Cancellations & ReschedulingClient cancellations less than 72 hours before the event forfeit the Total Fee.Service Provider may reschedule due to emergency, illness, unsafe conditions, or severe weather. Any payments will be refunded or transferred to a new date. Conduct & SafetyEntertainer reserves the right to end the performance if unsafe, inappropriate, or hostile behavior occurs.No smoking or alcohol consumption is allowed in Santa’s performance area.Children must be supervised by the Client or Parents at all times. Media & PhotographyClient may take photos and video during the event.Entertainer grants permission for personal or promotional use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing. LiabilityService Provider is not liable for:Injury caused by unsafe premisesDamaged equipment not provided by EntertainerClient agrees to hold NC Santa Claus harmless from claims arising from the Client’s event environment or attendee behavior. Entire AgreementThis Agreement represents the full understanding between the parties and may only be modified in writing and must be signed by both parties.
