Begeleide Meditatie 1-op-1 (NIEUW!) (1 uur)
In deze individuele meditatie nodig ik je uit om te vertragen, te ontspannen en weer contact te maken met jezelf. In een rustige en veilige setting begeleid ik je naar meer ruimte in je lichaam, je adem en je energie.De sessie bestaat uit:Voorgesprek: we stemmen samen af op wat er nu bij jou speeltBegeleide meditatie: een zachte, gedragen meditatie waarin ontspanning, loslaten en innerlijke verbinding centraal staan.Nagesprek – ruimte om te delen en te laten landenIk begeleid de meditatie intuïtief en met ondersteuning van mijn lichtteam. Jij mag simpelweg zijn. Energiesessie KIND (tot en met 14 jaar) (45 min)
Dit is een sessie voor een KIND (tot en met 14 jaar).Je kunt bij mij terecht voor een sessie waarbij ik de energie lees van jouw kind (tot en met 14 jaar). Let op! Kind altijd onder begeleiding van een ouder.Tijdens de sessie voer ik een gesprek met het kind.Ik bied een veilige bedding waarin de energie van het kind centraal staat. Omdat alles energie is voel ik de reactie van het kind aan zijn/haar energie (kind hoeft geen vragen te kunnen beantwoorden).Jij vertelt me jouw vragen en ik voel energetisch mee.Hierbij werk ik samen met mijn lichtteam, bestaande uit engelen, lichtwezens en totemdieren. Daarnaast maakt mijn energieveld contact met jouw energieveld en vanuit die uitwisseling wordt het verwerken van emoties of het losmaken van blokkades tevens ondersteund en vindt er healing plaats.Duur: 45 minHet tarief is: 75 euro.(Deze prijs is gebaseerd op een tarief van 100 euro per uur. Elk kind en elke sessie is uniek. Het kan daarom voorkomen dat een sessie uitloopt. Pre-Treatment Teen (13-18yrs) Assessment
Duration: 30minsCost: €30This appointment is for parents who feel their teen (13-18yrs) may benefit from the effects of touch therapies. The assessment is brief, because 15mins in a teenagers life, with someone they've never met, in a place they've never been, for something they may not have ever heard of, can feel like a chore! 😉A pre-treatment assessment gives Sinead the opportunity to meet you and your teen, assess the physicalities of the teen and hear from both you and your teen (where verbal) about their symptoms. These symptoms may be of discomfort within their body, dysfunction within their body, feelings that are very strong, emotions that are difficult to harness or experiences that have left them feeling anxious, scared or vulnerable.It also gives you and your teen the opportunity to meet with Sinead, view the therapy spaces and determine if her approach is a good fit for you and your family. It is also an opportunity for you and/or your teen to ask any questions they may have about the treatments Sinead offers.When you book you will recieve a confirmation of appointment which will go to your online calendar linked to your email address. You will also receive appointment reminders. Please be sure to check your SPAM/JUNK folders after making this booking, in case these emails end up in those folders.This is not a treatment session. Based on Sinead's observations she will be able to discuss whether her treatments will benefit your teen. After that if you wish you can discuss appointments, bookings etc., Should the calendar allow on the day, it may be possible for Sinead to fit your teen in immediately, and follow the pre-treatment assessment with an actual treatment provided you and your teenager are happy to do so. At this point you may make the payment in person via Revolut, Stripe or in cash.PLEASE NOTE: Sinead is not a psychologist or psychotherapist. Nor is she a medic. This is complementary therapy, using touch as a catalyst for change. Sinead does not diagnose or infer. The work, be it, reflexology, indian head massage, thermal candling or reiki, works and Sinead is an excellent practitioner of all therapies. However, she is also not a miracle worker and is staunchly bound to her professional ethics. Therefore any recommendation Sinead makes beyond her own remit, is guided by ethics and professional experience and it comes from a place of concern and care.NB: Over 16s may be assessed in private if they wish. Under 16's must have their parent present during the assessment.

Gong Sound Baths for supporting rejuvenation of mind, body and soul
What is Sound Therapy? Healing through sound brings the physical body, mind and soul into a state of natural balance and harmony. This is achieved through the use of specific vibrational sound frequencies which can be created by the voice (chanting, singing or toning), Tibetan bowls, gongs or tuning forks, for example. The application of these sound frequencies along with the intention of healing, creates a space in which the health and wellbeing of a person can be supported.How does it work? Sound in any form is essentially a source of energy and we know that the Universe and everything within it is energy or vibrating matter. Every organism, object and every part of the human body is made up of vibrating particles, which vibrate at their own unique frequency. The frequency at which something most naturally vibrates is called resonance. All the cells in our body are sound resonators so cells share resonance to form an organ, and every organ will respond as a group to particular sound vibrations just like all the different instruments which make up a beautiful sounding orchestra. How does it help me? When we are experiencing dis-ease its like our bodies are “out of tune”. The good news is that the human body is made up of over 70% water, which makes it an excellent conductor of sound. Furthermore, it’s not only the physical body and it’s various systems that are affected by sound – emotional, mental and the spiritual states of consciousness can all be supported, strengthened and balanced through sound and resonance too. Any health concerns? Please get in touch if you currently have any medical conditions or metal work in the body (such as pins, screw, plates etc). This just informs me of how much volume I can work with. There are some health conditions that are not appropriate for healing through sound, such as sound induced epilepsy, the first trimester of pregnancy and those with pace makers, for example. . Please bring a mat, blanket and cushion with you to the event Optional eye mask I also recommend a bottle of water to keep you hydrated. You may also like to bring a garden recliner chair if laying on the floor is not suitable for you.
