Ein Fotoshootingtermin kann einmal verschoben werden. Bei einer kompletten Absage sind 25% des Shootingpreis zuzahlen. Bei nicht erscheinen zum Fotoshooting Termin ohne jegliche Absage, ist der Vertragspartner verpflichtet, 100% des Fotoshootingpreis als Ausfallentschädigung an den benachteiligten Vertragspartner zu zahlen. Sollten bereits Fahrkosten angefallen sein, so sind diese in der tatsächlichen Höhe zu erstatten. Bei kostenlosen Aktionen, werden bei nicht erscheinen ohne Absage 50,-€ berechnet. Hiervon unberührt bleiben alle Fälle von höherer Gewalt (Krankheit, Unfall, Katastrophen usw.) .
