Teen Groove Lab Classes
Groove Lab (Teens) is a fusion-based class for dancers ages 13–17 that explores rhythm, musicality, and self-expression through a blend of street styles, jazz influence, storytelling, and dynamic movement. Designed to support the development of confidence and versatility, this class creates space for teens to explore movement quality, musical interpretation, and personal style while being challenged in a supportive, inclusive environment.Liability Waiver:As legal guardian of the named student(s), I allow participation in the activities provided by Santina Rigano-Lesch, including but not limited to all aspects of dance training. I am fully aware that any activity involving motion, height, or athletic activity creates the possibility of serious injury. This class is designed for adults who want to move, explore different styles, and reconnect with their bodies in a supportive, judgment-free space. Maybe you are coming back to dance or maybe you never got a chance to start.
