Join me for a morning of mindful movement and breathwork at the beautiful surrounds of the dome Bective Mill, overlooking the river Boyne. With this workshop, we will invite more balance into our lives with an energising yoga flow (yang), followed by a slow restorative practice (yin). We will begin with meditation and energising breathwork, then move into more dynamic poses as we energise the body. The second part of the practice will centre around gentle movement and stretching. Here we will hold poses for a longer period of time, to release deeply held tension and cultivate a deeper connection with the breath.
We will finish with a long relaxation to calm the body and the mind. As always, organic cacao and healthy homemade treats will be served. Please wear comfy clothes. A sauna session can be booked separately through the hot box sauna website.
