I enjoy meeting people face to face, even if it is virtual. 

One of the things I've learned over the last few years is just how important connection and co-regulation is even if it is over the internet.

In transparency, I chose to do it this way because I get so many requests to connect in my inbox that I get overwhelmed. Scheduling times to catch up helps me be able to get to everyone and have time for self-care. On a weekday that looks like being able to pause, take a lunch, and re-regulate so that I can be present for myself, my family, and those I serve. I need to have more time to recharge and rest.

In the process of chatting and getting to know each other, naturally, we may mutually talk about what we do and exchange feedback in the form of peer support.
