- Abnormal Heart Condition
- Diabetes
- Cancer/Chemotherapy/Radiation
- Currently using Accutane
- Prone to Keloid scaring
- Epilepsy
- Pregnant or Breastfeeding
Pre-care to follow Prior to your appointment:
- Avoid caffeine, alcohol, aspirin and fish oil supplements for 24hrs before appointment.
- No waxing/threading or tweezing the area at least 1 week prior to appointment.
- No Retinol/Retin-A, chemical peel, Vitamin A or other anti-aging/acne products containing acids at least 1 month prior and after as these will fade the brows prematurely.
- No sun tanning or sun bathing 2 weeks prior to appointment.
- No botox should be done 2 weeks prior and 4 week after the procedure.
- If you take blood thinning medications consult your doctor and see if it is possible to discontinue few weeks before the appointment.
- Avoid taking ibuprofen 24hr before the appointment.
- Do not work out or sweat heavily the day of the procedure.
