Individual Therapy — $185 per session

Intake appointment — $200

Reduced rate fees available on a limited basis — call for availability

Insurance Session costs vary by plan. Benefits are verified within 24–72 hours of booking. You'll receive a cost estimate by email once confirmed.

1. Choose a date and time that works for you.

2. Check your email for a welcome message with your client portal link.

3. To secure your appointment, please add a credit card on file and complete your intake forms in the client portal within 24 hours of booking.

4. Using insurance? Please text a photo of the front and back of your insurance card to 407-205-9022 or email it to [email protected]. We’ll verify your benefits and follow up with a cost estimate within 24–72 hours.
