In my healing practice, I combine Reiki, a gentle Japanese energy healing technique, with quantum healing, somatic practices, intuitive wisdom, and ancestral healing to support individuals on their healing journeys.

Alongside energy healing, I create a space for profound transformation through a multi dimensional approach blending guided visual meditation, affirmations & sound healing.

Drawing upon divine connections during our session, I will channel your spirit guides and angelic team to help you release any blocks and limiting beliefs holding you back in meeting your higher self, adding a sacred and comforting dimension to the experience

This gentle practice seeks to restore harmony, dissolving energy blockages and releasing negativity, nurturing the complete person—body, emotions, mind, and spirit.

Prior to our session, an intake form will be sent and must be completed before our session so I can better understand your needs.

Before our session the healing begins with a mindful conversation where we discuss what areas within yourself and your journey you are looking to receive support. From there we will work together to compose a thoughtful statement of intention before moving into the healing space.

During our session while you relax you will be guided through gentle Somatics to relax and rest into a visual meditation. This visual meditation calms the outside noise and lets your mind, body and soul deeply relax. As the visualization ends, you will be fully immersed in the intuitive healing modalities of Holy Fire Reiki where I will intuitively guide energy to targeted areas. During this time I may also be divinely connected and receive downloads from your guides, ancestors, and departed loved ones. These messages usually give insight on what else may need support & healing.

After our session, we will discuss the session and any messages that I may have received and discuss any other questions you may have. We will finalize the session with integration, affirmation and oracle cards to affirm your healing.
