Breathwork

This option is for booking a private (one-on-one) soul-o session with JJ.

Breathwork is a transformational process that combines a breathing technique with music to create a physical and spiritual experience. Breathwork is an active breathing process that differs from most traditional meditation and mindfulness practices. This work is deeply experiential and may involve intense physical, energetic, and emotional release. Therefore, persons with a history of cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, significant recent physical injuries, or surgery should not participate in the Activity.

Breathwork is not advised for persons with severe mental illness, bipolar disorder or psychosis, seizure disorders, or for persons using major medications, or persons who are under the influence of legal or illegal drugs to the extent that their capacity is impaired. It is also unsuitable for anyone with a personal or family history of aneurysms. Pregnant women are advised against practicing Breathwork without first consulting and getting approval from their primary care physician. Persons with asthma should bring their inhaler and consult with and get approval from their primary care physician. Persons with infectious or communicable diseases are asked to avoid attending a live in-person Breathwork class due to the nature of group breathing. Breathwork work is not therapy and does not substitute for psychotherapy.

Flower Essences Consult

This Flower Essence consult option is for booking a private (one-on-one) soul-o session with JJ.

In our 55 minute session, we will dialogue to uncover resonance with the qualities of a flower essence. As a result of our conversation, you will be empowered to choose either a singular flower essence or a formulation depending on your interests. I will share options for how to purchase that essence (sold separately).

Felt Sense

This Felt Sense option is for booking a private (one-on-one) soul-o session with JJ.

In our 55 minute private session, we will practice tuning into felt sense. This session is inspired by a practice called “focusing” in Western psychology, which helps practitioners let go of the mind and tune into the messages of the body. Our bodies have a lot of wisdom to share with us!

Guided Movement

This Guided Movement option is for booking a private (one-on-one) soul-o session with JJ.

In this practice, I will guide you through movement that is focused on supporting you to sense and feel what is happening inside the body, a sense called “interoception.” These trauma-informed sessions are not meant to be an intense physical workout and can be customized to your body’s needs and abilities. Some signals that this type of movement may be helpful for you: feeling disconnected from your body, feeling too mentally tired for movement/exercise, get distracted during meditation or when trying to relax, or feeling like your thoughts are preventing your body from relaxing.

Dream Tending

This Dream Tending option is for booking a private (one-on-one) soul-o session with JJ.

In this 55 minute dialogue, we will spend time exploring a dream or series of dreams that you have been having. I will lead you through exercises that support you in uncovering messages or information that feels significant to deeper self understanding. The intention is not for someone else to interpret your dreams for you -- rather, it's to create a setting where you can discover insight for yourself.

Coaching

This Soul-o coaching option is for people who have already worked with me in a coaching capacity and want to book a single session rather than set up a coaching package with me. Alternatively, you can book this if you are new to coaching and want to try out a single session before committing to a package.

Yoga Nidra / Psychic Sleep

This yoga nidra/psychic sleep option is for booking a private (one-on-one) soul-o session with JJ.

In this 45 minute practice, I will guide you through a meditation rooted in awareness of sensing each part of the body. This practice creates space for the mind and body to find a place between being awake and asleep, resulting in a deep, restorative state of relaxation.

Guided Meditation

This Guided Meditation option is for booking a private (one-on-one) soul-o session with JJ.

In our 30 minute guided meditation, I will support you in the practice of shifting your awareness that ultimately benefits your overall well-being. These sessions can be customized based on your preferences like music or no music as well as how much instruction you’d like prior to beginning meditation.

Flower Essences Touch Base via Voxer

If you're already familiar with flower essences or have worked with them (with me) before, this is an option the work back and forth via voice notes as you choose which flower essences you want to partner with next. Share with me what's going on on in your life and what you're trying to cultivate or shift, and I will respond with multiple options for you to consider based on what you share, and also support you on where to get the essence. If none of the options resonate, you can share more information that gets a bit more specific, and I will make another round of suggestions.


Please note that while the system asks you to book a time, this won't actually be a "live" session -- so you can book any time :) instead, we will connect through voice notes in the app Voxer. Please download it and send me your username.
