Once you learn more about my approach to Holistic Life Coaching (including grief work), custom grief rituals, and breathwork let’s schedule a 30-minute Discover Call and decide if we’re a good match.

You can also just sign up for a grief circle (weekly on Tuesdays), group breathwork (typically the first Sunday of the month), or Pneumadelic (Christian) Breathwork (typically the third Sunday of the month).
