Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations less than 24-hours prior to the appointment time will be charged 50% of the service fee. Exceptions will be at the sole discretion of the service provider.

Tipping Policy: Tips are appreciated but not expected.

Travel Policy: Phoenix is geographically very large making travel time and travel cost non-negligible for mobile services. The service provider may reach out to you to discuss: a) rescheduling an appointment so as to cluster appointments geographically, b) assessing a travel fee, or c) canceling your appointment and issuing you a full refund if neither a or b will work out.
