60-min 1:1 Guided Visual Journaling

  • Feeling stuck when deciding if you want to follow your head or your heart on your next steps?
  • Wanting to learn to get in touch with your emotions by identifying and befriending them?
  • Wanting to connect with your inner child to understand your intuition and your needs?
  • Wanting to express yourself better to people around you, and even with yourself?

You do not need to be artistic or eloquent to participate in this. You just need to be able to speak and understand conversational English, know how to use a pencil to write or draw basic shapes, know how to name the seven colours, and that is all you need!

Hi, I'm Steph T (@stephtcreates), a well-being coach who advocates mindful art and positive journaling for individual and community well-being. I started teaching journaling to both kids and adults in 2016 and started getting invited to provide 1:1 guided journaling in early 2020 to support my clients' well-being. Today, I use a range of research and evidence-based frameworks from Applied Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, Coaching and art exercises, to help my clients experience self-care, self-expression and self-discovery, to live a life of fulfilment and alignment.
