István holds a gentle, grounded space where your system can settle, reconnect, and access its own natural capacity for balance and well-being.
For more than a decade, István has been on a dedicated spiritual path — beginning with yoga and Vedic philosophy, and deepening through encounters that profoundly transformed his life.
After receiving Shaktipat initiation, his Kundalini awakened, opening István to new dimensions of consciousness and guiding his journey ever since. He has been initiated into several Vedic mantras of the Divine Mother, and his practice continues to expand through ongoing experiences of love, stillness, presence, and embodied awareness.
He had the privilege of learning in mentorship with Patrice Krysztofiak and Amy Elizabeth, whose guidance helped refine his capacity to hold a safe, grounded field for others.
In his sessions, he offers a quietly held space where meditative states, inner awareness, and subtle bodily processes can naturally unfold. His approach is supported by experience in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and Tibetan pranic harmonization techniques — both emphasizing non-doing, attunement, and trust in the body’s inherent intelligence.
Rather than directing or imposing change, István listens deeply to your system and create conditions that support its own natural movement toward regulation and ease. This is not a medical or psychological treatment, but a space for presence, embodiment, and inner restoration.
