Before this, I will ask you to share your wishes or desired outcomes for the session.

The whole process is a co-creation between you and your guides, soul friends and family.

My role as the channel is to co-create the link and hold the space while you receive the healing.

Much of the communication will be using the language of the soul or light language which means you will feel the healing directly through your heart and soul.

I will interpret the main bits so that your conscious mind understands and feels safe.
