1. Meditative Breathwork Session
This session is designed to help you deeply relax and reconnect. Using guided breathing techniques, we’ll create a calm, meditative state to reduce stress, promote inner stillness, and foster a sense of peace. It’s perfect for those seeking restoration and a moment to tune in to themselves.
2. Functional Breathwork Session
In this session, we focus on how you breathe in daily life and how it influences your overall well-being. We’ll identify patterns that might not be serving you and introduce actionable techniques to optimize your breathing. Functional breathwork is ideal for improving energy, sleep, focus, and resilience.
3. Somatic Self-Discovery Session
Sessions to dive deeper into your unconscious programming, using techniques such as source code exploration, parts work, breathwork, and somatic tools. Together, we’ll create space for integration, transformation, and sustainable growth.
