This session is one hour long and we can cover any topics the fit in the time scheduled. In order to get the most value out of this time, please provide as much detail about the issue or topic that you want to discuss.

* IMPORTANT: We have a strict no refund policy. If you are not serious about your business, this call is not for you. Please do your best to be on time. If you arrive late, due to our busy schedule, the session will still end at the scheduled time. If you need to reschedule (please do so as early as possible), or if you do not show up, you will have one opportunity to reschedule. By booking this call, you agree to these terms.

If we run out of time, you can schedule a follow up session or if our schedules allow, you may be able to extend this session at the end.

As this is a strategy session, Keith will not be making any actual changes to your site or site-related applications. You will get a follow-up email with a to-do list and further resources, depending on our discussion.
