Every session is unique and tailored to your needs. We'll start with an initial discovery to understand your current situation and desired outcomes.
Depending on your personal history and goals I might introduce you to gentle somatic techniques to develop resourcing and grounding skills. We'll likely work 1-3 limiting beliefs impacting your life. You'll leave with simple action steps to deepen the change integration into your subconscious.
For deeper transformations or long-standing challenges, multiple sessions may be beneficial and you might consider the Resilience & Renewal Package Package. Each builds upon the last, allowing for more profound exploration and growth.
