About:

Kendra Hoffman is the founder of LadyBug EarthCare, an ecological design and regenerative landscaping company, and is the creator of the EarthCare Compass framework.

Since 2019, she's trained 40+ contractors and crew members in regenerative landscaping practices, collectively installing 300+ pollinator gardens and 50,000+ native plants across central Pennsylvania's Susquehanna watershed.

Kendra works with

- homeowners/renters transforming their landscapes into thriving wildlife habitat,

- DIYers developing ecological garden projects, and

- practitioners building regenerative businesses that honor both land and life.

She curates the EarthCare Library, a growing collection of seasonal resources and nature connection practices. In 2023, she hosted the MidAtlantic EarthCare Summit, attracting 800+ registrants for 40+ educational sessions on ecological restoration and regenerative land practices.

She also facilitates the EarthCare Professionals Program, mentoring land-based entrepreneurs building relationship-centered businesses aligned with ecological principles.

Certified in Ecological Design, Habitat Stewardship, Permaculture Design, Silvopasture Planning, Nature-Based Education, Wilderness First Aid, Death Doulaship and Somatic Movement Therapy.

Former Board member of Lower Susquehanna Riverkeeper Association.
