Focusing Sessions
These sessions offer a quiet, relational space for embodied listening.
Focusing is not coaching, therapy, or problem-solving. It is a gentle practice of attending to what the body already knows but has not yet found words for. We move slowly. Silence is welcome. Nothing is forced or rushed.
People come for many reasons — feeling stuck in their head, standing at a threshold, carrying something unnamed, or simply sensing that something wants careful attention.
You don’t need to prepare. You don’t need a clear goal. You only need a willingness to listen together.
If you’re unsure whether this is the right fit, that uncertainty is often a good place to begin.
What a session is like
• We begin by arriving — slowing the pace together
• You’re accompanied in listening to your bodily felt-sense
• There is no expectation to “use the time well”
• You may speak, pause, or remain silent at any point
• The session ends gently, without analysis or takeaway pressure
This work respects your nervous system and your timing.
