During your session you will experience Emotional Freedom Technique (aka Tapping). Your session will be customized to meet your needs.

You will complete the Client Information form that will give me with the information that is needed for your tapping sequence. The tapping sequence will be shared with you via a video (within 24-48 hours of receiving your Client Information form) that will be approximately 15 minutes long that will be sent to you via email.
