Following our session, you'll receive a customized plan that includes lifestyle recommendations, nutrition guidance (no meal plans), and a few favorite wellness products to support your training. Once we work together, in addition to our weekly 1:1 call, you will have unlimited text access to me for continued support and questions as we work together to help you life your healthiest, most balanced, life!
