What is included?
These are personalized sessions, perfect to target the specific area of your life you currently want to work towards. (examples: manifesting abundance, releasing emotions -grief, anger, sadness-, rebirthing experience,etc.)
The session starts with an embodiment practice to get us out of our mind, into our body and into the present. We follow this with a check in on what you desire to work on specifically in this session. Once this is complete, we start our breathwork journey, guided by a specific playlist for you and my voice.
You do not need to have any prior experience to receive and go on a breathwork journey. All questions are welcome. You will receive an email confirmation after booking with the integrated zoom link. You will also receive an email reminder 24h and 1h before our session together.

Qu'est-ce qui est inclus ?
Ce sont des séances personnalisées, parfaites pour cibler l'aspect de votre vie sur lequel vous souhaitez travailler en ce moment. (Exemples : manifester l'abondance, libérer des émotions – tristesse, colère, chagrin –, expérience de renaissance, etc.)
La séance commence par une pratique afin de nous sortir de notre mental, nous ramener dans notre corps et dans le moment présent. Ensuite, nous faisons un bilan sur ce que vous souhaitez travailler spécifiquement durant cette séance. Une fois cela terminé, nous commençons notre voyage de respiration, guidé par une playlist spécifique pour vous et appuyer ma la direction de ma voix.
Vous n'avez besoin d'aucune expérience préalable pour participer à un voyage de respiration. Toutes vos questions sont les bienvenues. Vous recevrez un courriel de confirmation après avoir réservé, avec le lien Zoom intégré. Vous recevrez également un rappel par courriel 24h et 1h avant notre séance.
