Welcome to personal coaching with Kylie Dowell. The process used is a blend of Hypnotherapy and the Judith Richards Trauma Recovery Therapy Process. It consists of 3 sessions that grow from the previous session
Session 1 is about education, removing negative emotions and calming the mind. We allow 4 hours for this session.
We strongly advise you give yourself at least an hour after this session prior to driving or going back to work.
Preparation for Session 1
To prepare for your first session we ask that you review the below
- Please ensure you are participating in a space that you feel comfortable in.
- Ensure your computer/device video camera is charged up and switched on during the entire session.
- Test your zoom application, microphone and camera prior to session to minimise time lost due to technology setups or difficulties.
- Ensure you use a headset and not a gaming headset for the session.
