Here you will schedule the first of your coaching sessions. After I receive your booking, you will receive a client agreement to sign, along with a client intake questionnaire. The other members of your group will receive theirs shortly afterward. Please be sure to return both at least 48 hours in advance of the date/time you scheduled (otherwise it may need to be rescheduled).
