You will be emailed a behaviour questionnaire to complete before your session (please complete at least 48 hours before). The location of your session will usually be your home, or usual training/walking venue, and this will be discussed with you ahead of the session.

The questionnaire allows me to get an idea of what’s causing the issue(s) you want to work on, so I can plan the most effective session for you and your dog.

During the session I will talk you through the training, demonstrate the games you’ll be playing with your dog and make sure you’re comfortable with those before we finish the session. Then I’ll email you a reminder of those so you have something to refer to during your sessions. Between sessions (and for up to a month after a stand-alone session), you can WhatsApp photos/videos for ongoing/follow-up support.
