First, a 90 minute appointment which focuses on current health concerns, while setting these in the context of a person’s daily life and their health history.
A 20-30 minute follow-up, included in my fee, which often follows a few days later, depending upon the focus of our work. Here we discuss a suggested personalized holistic protocol which most often will include herbs.
I then touch base with new clients after 5-10 days, to discuss progress and answer any questions. Additional support and appointments to continue our work together do not follow a standardized timeline. Rather, the frequency of our meetings will vary from person-to-person, as we are all unique and each body responds differently as it shifts into a state of balance.
We’ll toss ideas back and forth, refine our thinking, and even laugh at some of the ideas that bubble forth as we address the matter at hand.
These phone conversations are productive, resulting in a clearer path, a resolution or the refinement of a goal. Of course they’re related to herbalism, herbal practice and clinical questions.
Please note – We’ll connect via phone. I don’t take notes or read anything before or during Garbling Sessions. These opportunities offer clarity without a long term commitment to work together. They do, however, get things moving.
These individual sessions can be booked as needed to support client-focused work, herbal learning, and/or numerous questions related to practice.
Often, working with an experienced herbalist provides more digestible insight than an array of texts or digital media, each offering countless possibilities.
These online in-depth video conversations offer a practical resource and are available to people who are not currently working with me on a regular basis.
I welcome time to prepare fully to best focus on the topics at hand. Please share any necessary matters with ample time for review.
Pricing: $125/h. on Zoom, Google Meet, FaceTime or Skype
